Signature Media has appointed Travel Daily editor Guy Dundas as managing editor of Luxury Australian Travel Trade Enews (LATTE).
Dundas has been editor of Business Publishing Group’s Travel Daily for more than ten years, and prior to that worked in various roles in the travel sector.
He was also responsible for BPG’s monthly trade magazine, Travel Bulletin, for four years.
In his new role, Dundas will handle the development of native editorial content for Latte’s e-newsletter, which runs on a weekly basis.
Cathy Wagstaff, Signature Media CEO and group editor, said she was “honoured” to have Dundas join the team.
“Guy’s trade-centric focus, storytelling skills and reputation among retail networks, hoteliers, airlines, cruise lines and tourism organisations will provide Signature Media with the ability to take LATTE to the next level,” Wagstaff said.
“We are honoured to have Guy head up LATTE and are confident that with his passion for this project, talent for breaking news and exclusive articles, he will quickly make an impact on the development of this publication.”
Dundas said Latte had only scratched the surface of the luxury space and said he was looking forward to joining the team.
“I’m excited to be entrusted with the roll-out of fresh ideas that will benefit the trade, in association with LATTE’s growing trade partners,” Dundas said.
Signature Media’s other titles including Holidays with Kids, Signature Luxury Travel & Style, Five Star Kids and Caravan & Camping with Kids.
